India-based Kalé Logistics Solutions has entered into a strategic partnership with e-Smart Logistics to deliver enhanced end-to-end shipment visibility for airlines, particularly in the rapidly growing e-commerce and high-value cargo segments. The partnership was announced during the TIACA Executive Summit 2026 in Warsaw.

The collaboration combines Kalé’s cloud-based air cargo technology suite with e-Smart Logistics’ integrated logistics capabilities to provide real-time tracking and transparency at the piece or stock-keeping unit (SKU) level. This will enable airlines to offer greater shipment visibility and improved service quality across e-commerce, healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and valuables logistics segments.

A key component of the partnership is the integration of Kalé’s AvSys cross-border e-commerce platform, launched earlier this year. The platform supports piece-level tracking, operational compliance, and data sharing across the logistics value chain, helping airlines strengthen control over cargo movements and regulatory requirements.

According to Amar More, Co-founder and CEO of Kalé Logistics Solutions, increasing demand for e-commerce and high-value shipments is driving the need for package-level visibility. The partnership will help airlines expand their product portfolios and compete more effectively by offering enhanced tracking capabilities and service standards.

Denis Ilin, Co-founder and CEO of e-Smart Logistics, said airlines face growing pressure to deliver speed, transparency, compliance, and cost efficiency. He noted that the combined solution will function as a “virtual integrator,” enabling carriers to achieve end-to-end logistics visibility while maintaining greater operational control and regulatory compliance.

The alliance reflects the air cargo industry’s accelerating shift toward digitalisation, enhanced supply-chain transparency, and advanced tracking solutions to support evolving shipper and regulatory expectations.
