The Air Cargo Forum India (ACFI) has officially launched the ACFI Innovatopia Awards 2026, a flagship industry recognition programme aimed at celebrating excellence and innovation across India’s aviation and air cargo ecosystem.
The awards were unveiled during a press conference held at the DIAL Auditorium, New Udaan Bhawan, New Delhi, in the presence of industry leaders, aviation and logistics stakeholders, innovation experts, and media representatives.
Speaking at the event, ACFI President Sanjiv Edward, Vice President Ramesh Mamidala, and Knowledge, Innovation and Research Task Pillar Chairman Keku Gazder highlighted the growing importance of innovation in building a resilient, efficient and globally competitive aviation and logistics sector.
Now in its third edition, the Innovatopia Awards seek to encourage organisations and professionals to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer service, improve operational efficiency, strengthen safety and security standards, advance sustainability goals, and drive business transformation.
According to ACFI, the rapidly evolving aviation and air cargo landscape requires continuous innovation and collaboration to address emerging challenges and capitalise on new opportunities. The awards are intended to serve as a benchmark for industry excellence while promoting the adoption of best practices and transformative initiatives across the sector.
Nominations have been invited under five categories:
- Innovatopia Award for Enhanced Customer Experience
- Innovatopia Award in Competitiveness
- Innovatopia Award in Air Cargo Safety & Security
- Innovatopia Award in Digitization
- Innovatopia Award in Sustainability & Go Green Efforts
The awards are open to organisations, institutions, start-ups, professionals and other industry stakeholders that have demonstrated measurable impact through innovative initiatives and operational excellence.
ACFI announced that the last date for submission of nominations is June 30, 2026.
The winners will be honoured at the ACFI World Conclave 2026, scheduled to be held in August 2026, which is expected to bring together policymakers, industry leaders, global experts and stakeholders from across the air cargo and logistics value chain.
ACFI also reaffirmed its commitment to fostering innovation, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, skill development and sustainable growth within the aviation and logistics industry.
