IndoSpace has appointed Balkrishna Jha as Vice President of Marketing, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its presence in India’s warehousing and industrial real estate sector.

In his new role, Jha will be responsible for leading marketing strategy, brand development, customer engagement and demand generation initiatives across IndoSpace’s portfolio of industrial and logistics parks. He is expected to play a key role in supporting the company’s growth plans by enhancing market outreach and strengthening relationships with tenants and enterprise customers.

IndoSpace, one of India’s leading developers of Grade-A industrial and logistics infrastructure, has been expanding its network of warehousing parks across key manufacturing and consumption hubs. The company caters to sectors such as e-commerce, automotive, FMCG, third-party logistics and manufacturing, all of which are witnessing rising demand for modern supply chain infrastructure.

The appointment comes at a time when India’s logistics and warehousing industry is experiencing rapid transformation, driven by supply chain formalisation, growth in online retail and increased focus on efficient distribution networks. Companies in the sector are increasingly investing in technology-enabled facilities and integrated logistics solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Industry observers note that strengthening marketing leadership is crucial as competition intensifies among industrial real estate developers to attract large global and domestic occupiers. Effective positioning and customer engagement strategies are seen as key differentiators in securing long-term leasing commitments.

With Balkrishna Jha joining the leadership team, IndoSpace is expected to further enhance its market visibility and reinforce its strategy of expanding high-quality logistics infrastructure across India. The move aligns with the company’s broader goal of supporting the country’s evolving supply chain ecosystem and rising industrial demand.
