    The Paradip Port Authority convened a Port Users Meet to discuss the General Revision of the Scale of Rates, reaffirming its commitment to stakeholder engagement and collaborative growth.

    Addressing representatives from the port trade and user community, Chairman P. L. Haranadh highlighted the need for innovation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric development to enhance the port’s competitiveness in the evolving maritime and logistics landscape.

    The meeting brought together Heads of Departments, senior officials of the Port Authority, and key stakeholders from the trade and logistics sectors. Discussions focused on the proposed revision of tariffs, service enhancement measures, operational improvements, and strategies to support sustainable growth.

    According to the Port Authority, the interactive session provided a platform for constructive dialogue, enabling stakeholders to share feedback and suggestions on the proposed rate structure. The initiative reflects Paradip Port Authority’s continued efforts to maintain transparency, strengthen partnerships with port users, and align its services with industry requirements.

    The port emphasized that close collaboration with stakeholders remains central to its vision of building a smarter, more efficient, and future-ready maritime gateway.
