Menzies Aviation has partnered with PayCargo to introduce a new digital payment capability on its MACH customer portal, allowing air cargo customers to view Air Waybill charges and make payments directly through the platform.

The new Quick Pay service enables customers to settle cargo charges through PayCargo using either an existing PayCargo account or a guest checkout option. The integration is designed to simplify the payment process and help speed up cargo release.

The initiative builds on Menzies’ MACH cargo management platform, a cloud-based system developed to provide customers and cargo teams with greater visibility across shipment operations. MACH supports shipment tracking, cargo information and digital workflows across Menzies’ network.

Since its launch in 2023, MACH has been expanded across Menzies’ global cargo network. The platform has been deployed at more than 49 airports and has processed over 1.6 million Air Waybills, according to the company.

PayCargo’s payment platform is designed specifically for logistics transactions, offering options including bank transfers and card payments. Its Quick Pay functionality also allows users to make one-time payments without registering for an account.

For Menzies’ cargo customers, integrating payments into the MACH portal reduces the need to manage separate payment processes. Faster confirmation of charges can help streamline cargo release and reduce administrative delays.

The partnership is part of the wider digitalisation of air cargo handling, as airports, ground handlers, airlines and logistics providers increasingly adopt integrated platforms to improve shipment visibility and accelerate operational processes.

Menzies said the new capability will provide customers with a more seamless digital experience, bringing payment and cargo-management functions closer together within its existing MACH ecosystem. The move strengthens the company’s focus on technology-led efficiency across its global air cargo operations.
