CJ Darcl Logistics expects its revenue growth momentum to continue, supported by India’s manufacturing expansion, exports, industrial activity and government-led infrastructure initiatives, according to President Nikhil Agarwal.

The logistics company, backed by South Korea-based CJ Logistics Corporation, reported consolidated revenue of ₹5,680.19 crore in FY26, marking a 10% year-on-year increase. EBITDA rose 1.88% to ₹273.24 crore, while net profit declined 6.87% to ₹86.72 crore.

The company is focusing on three key growth areas—technology-enabled services for small fleet operators, alternative fuels and electric vehicles, and warehousing and distribution. Its proposed digital marketplace will provide truckers with access to technology, products and accounting tools, including a digital khata-book. CJ Darcl currently works with around 8–10 lakh truckers, with 2–2.5 lakh new trucks joining its network annually.

On the sustainability front, Agarwal said electric trucks currently cost around three times as much as a 55-tonne diesel truck, making high asset utilisation critical for commercial viability. CJ Darcl is working with customers to identify suitable applications for electric trucks while also exploring alternative-fuel solutions.

The company’s warehousing business has expanded rapidly, reaching 2.78 million sq ft in FY26, after recording annual growth of 70–80% over the past two to three years. The business now serves customers across e-commerce and quick-commerce segments.

CJ Darcl transported 22.42 million tonnes of cargo in FY25, with road transportation remaining its core business, complemented by rail and coastal logistics. While demand for metals and minerals has shown some moderation, FMCG volumes have remained broadly stable. Higher diesel prices have contributed to increased freight rates, particularly on long-haul routes, while rising commercial vehicle sales could increase capacity and moderate rates in the coming quarters.

The company is also evaluating acquisitions in the warehousing segment to expand its customer base and logistics footprint.

On the proposed IPO, Agarwal said the company has filed and received approval for its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), with the listing to be determined by market conditions. CJ Logistics will not be a selling shareholder in the offering. CJ Logistics continues to support the Indian business through warehousing, technology, AI and the trucker marketplace, while also helping connect CJ Darcl with global customers through its operations across 38 countries.

Agarwal also highlighted infrastructure initiatives such as PM Gati Shakti, port expansion and rail-terminal development as important drivers of India’s evolving logistics ecosystem.
