Delhivery Limited and Peak XV Partners have launched a Demo Day initiative, powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), to support startups developing next-generation technologies for India’s logistics and supply chain sector.
The programme will focus on artificial intelligence (AI), robotics and industrial automation, with applications now open to eligible startups.
The initiative aims to connect emerging technology companies with real-world logistics operations, providing opportunities to test, validate and potentially deploy innovative solutions across the supply chain ecosystem.
The programme will focus on two key areas: horizontal AI applications for logistics and supply chains, and robotics and industrial automation. Startups developing AI-powered software, AI agents and technologies capable of automating physical logistics operations are encouraged to participate.
Selected startups will get an opportunity to present their solutions to leaders from Delhivery and Peak XV Partners, while exploring potential investment, mentorship, cloud infrastructure support and technology collaboration opportunities.
Through Delhivery’s logistics network, participating companies may also gain access to live operational environments to test and validate their solutions, subject to evaluation and deployment requirements.
Kapil Bharati, CTO and Co-founder of Delhivery, said AI presents an opportunity to fundamentally transform logistics operations. Highlighting the company’s ambition to support emerging technology businesses, he said Delhivery is looking to back companies deploying AI agents and physical AI, leveraging its 15 years of operational scale.
The initiative reflects the growing adoption of intelligent technologies in logistics, where AI and automation are increasingly being explored to improve workflow coordination, operational decision-making and physical handling processes.
By bringing startups closer to an established logistics network, technology leaders and venture capital investors, the Demo Day seeks to accelerate the development and practical deployment of innovative solutions for India’s evolving logistics and supply chain sector.
