Antwerp, Belgium-headquartered Aprojects has acquired Indian logistics company Super Freight in a bid to tap into the flourishing market.

Aprojects said that the Indian market is in expansion mode and that “our presence on the ground, forward-looking, can offer enormous added value”. Super Freight, which has been active in the sector for more than 20 years and comprises 45 employees, is an end-to-end logistics service provider offering specialised services for over-dimensional cargo handling. It has branches in Mumbai, Nhava Sheva, Delhi and Chennai.

Zinnia Mandrekar, ceo of Super Freight, added: “With the acquisition of our company, we can not only increase our joint global footprint, but also combine our competencies and know-how. Let it be just that that can drive our growth and lead to fantastic synergies.”
