Adani port begins tree plantation drive

As part of a tree planation campaign, the Adani and Kattupalli Port on Wednesday started a tree plantation drive in Kattur and AR Palayam Panchayat on the tank beds of Kattur Lake.

According to a statement, planting and sowing of palmyrah seeds was inaugurated by Durai Chandrasekar, MLA, Ponneri constituency, and Sudip Dasgupta, CEO, Adani and Ennore Ports. This is programmed in Voyalur, Thiruvellaivoyal, Pulicat, Light House, and Kattupalli panchayats.
