Airbus has renewed and expanded its logistics partnership with DHL, reinforcing DHL’s role in managing global supply flows for the aerospace major.

Under the extended agreement, DHL will continue to provide end-to-end logistics services, including transport management, warehousing and coordination of critical aerospace components across Airbus’s international production network. The renewed mandate also broadens DHL’s responsibility in overseeing complex, time-sensitive global material flows.

Airbus said the partnership supports its focus on supply chain resilience, operational efficiency and production ramp-up, as aircraft demand remains strong. DHL’s global logistics network and aerospace expertise are expected to help streamline deliveries and improve visibility across Airbus’s manufacturing ecosystem.

Industry observers noted that the contract extension highlights the growing importance of integrated logistics and supply chain partners in supporting large-scale aerospace production programmes.
