Marking the conclusion of a week-long celebration of Allcargo Group’s 32nd Founder’s Day, Founder and Chairman of Allcargo Group, Shashi Kiran Shetty, reflected on the event with gratitude and optimism, emphasizing the company’s collective spirit and future aspirations.

The celebrations witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees across the globe, including tree-planting initiatives and a series of engagement activities aimed at reinforcing the theme of “One Allcargo.” According to Shetty, the week demonstrated the strength of unity and collaboration that continues to drive the organization forward.

A key highlight of the celebrations was the participation of emerging leaders within the group. Shetty noted that the insights, confidence, and ambitions displayed by young leaders reaffirmed his belief that the future of the organization is being shaped by a capable and forward-thinking generation.

The occasion also held personal significance for Shetty, who shared his birthday with his wife, Arathi. He acknowledged her unwavering support and contribution throughout the company’s journey, describing the day as a celebration of both the institution they helped build and the personal partnership that has sustained him over the years.

Reflecting on the event, Shetty said the commitment, ownership, and pride demonstrated by employees reinforced the company’s greatest strength—its people. He expressed confidence that a shared sense of purpose, ambition, and mutual trust would help Allcargo write its next chapter of growth and success.

As Allcargo Group enters its 33rd year, the leadership remains optimistic about the company’s future, supported by a strong workforce and the next generation of leaders poised to drive continued innovation and expansion.
