Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) India has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Dev Ramchandani as Executive Director within its Business Transformation Services practice. Based in Pune, Mr. Ramchandani will spearhead the firm’s industrial transformation and operations advisory portfolio, focusing on manufacturing-led sectors.
In his new role, Mr. Ramchandani will scale A&M’s capabilities in operational technology (OT)/information technology (IT) integration, digital operations, and lean performance, helping clients drive measurable impact amid growing industrial complexity.
Bringing over two decades of experience, Mr. Ramchandani has a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy. His expertise spans automotive and industrials, metals and mining, healthcare and life sciences, and chemicals. He is recognized for bridging factory-floor excellence with digital strategy, ensuring enterprises remain competitive in dynamic markets.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Ramchandani held leadership positions at Tata Motors, McKinsey & Company, and Hitachi, where he led high-impact transformation initiatives across operations and enterprise levels.
