BAPL today announced a significant milestone in its logistics and warehousing journey, ushering in a new era of speed, reliability and tech-enabled execution across India’s rapidly growing consumer supply chain. With strategic expansions in Kolkata, Mumbai and Palwal, the company now operates nearly five lakh sq. ft. of cumulative warehousing space, reshaping the movement of white goods and automotive spares from manufacturing hubs to last-mile destinations.

Over the past two years, BAPL has overhauled its operational framework by deploying technology-driven workflows, instituting daily physical inventory checks, establishing high-performance QPH benchmarks and integrating primary-to-last-mile operations. These enhancements have resulted in a 60% reduction in turnaround time and a 99% on-time delivery performance, while significantly cutting down damage and shortage incidents—further solidifying BAPL’s reputation as a high-accountability logistics partner.

The company’s new flagship facility in Palwal has emerged as a cornerstone of its unified supply chain model. The centre manages end-to-end operations including primary transportation, hub handling and last-mile dispatch, while handling inventory valued at more than ₹1,800 crore on average. This fully synchronised approach is enabling unprecedented levels of transparency, speed and operational discipline within the consumer durables sector.

“Our journey has always been rooted in operational discipline and customer trust,” said Rohiet Baweja, Director, BAPL. “What we are building today is not just an expanded logistics network but a high-speed, technology-driven ecosystem where every process is measurable, predictable and designed to enhance customer delight. The 60% reduction in turnaround time is a testament to our team’s commitment to excellence.”

Echoing this vision, Director Litesh Baweja added, “As India’s consumption economy evolves, the need for agile and intelligent supply chains has never been greater. Our expansion in key logistics hubs and our integrated warehousing approach reflect BAPL’s vision to lead this transformation. We are investing in people, processes and platforms that allow our clients to scale with confidence, speed and zero disruption.”

With India rapidly advancing toward a more connected consumption economy, BAPL is positioning itself as an innovation-led logistics backbone for brands seeking predictable speed and elevated service standards. The company plans to continue strengthening its nationwide network, enhance workforce capabilities and implement new-age tools to maintain industry-leading turnaround benchmarks.
