    The Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NICDC Logistics Data Services Limited (NLDSL) to integrate the Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP) into the State’s logistics ecosystem.

    The MoU was exchanged in the presence of Shri Kundan Kumar, IAS, Secretary, Department of Industries, and Shri Mukul Kumar Gupta, IAS, Director, Department of Industries.

    This strategic collaboration represents a major step towards building a transparent, efficient, and data-driven logistics framework in Bihar. By adopting ULIP, the State aims to strengthen digital connectivity across departments and enhance the overall ease of doing business.
