BuildSpace Development Management Pvt. Ltd. has launched an integrated industrial and logistics infrastructure development platform with a pipeline of more than 3 million sq ft across four projects and over 165 acres of land under mandate.
The company estimates the identified project pipeline at around ₹600 crore, while the land under mandate carries an indicative value of about ₹500 crore. BuildSpace clarified that the combined ₹1,100 crore figure does not represent contracted revenue, company valuation or land directly owned by the company.
Its first project, Sahakar Logistics Park in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, spans 42 acres and offers around 1.3 million sq ft of chargeable development potential. The Grade-A industrial and logistics facility is under construction and is being marketed to logistics, distribution and manufacturing occupiers, including built-to-suit requirements.
BuildSpace is targeting industrial corridors across Maharashtra, including Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Ranjangaon, Nashik and Nagpur, while also evaluating opportunities in Dholera and Guwahati.
The company operates through three verticals — BuildINFRA, BuildVALUE and BuildWEALTH — covering infrastructure development, land monetisation and project-specific partnerships with institutional and strategic capital partners.
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, BuildSpace is led by Rohan Latad, Nitin Mumbaikar and Pankaj Kakde.
