CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd. has successfully executed a major electric vehicle (EV) logistics project for VinFast Auto, Vietnam’s first global automobile manufacturer, using an integrated rail-and-road multimodal transportation solution supported by New Modified Goods (NMG) rakes.
The project involved the safe, efficient, and timely movement of electric vehicles through a coordinated multimodal logistics network, highlighting the growing role of rail-based transportation in India’s evolving automotive supply chain.
The successful execution was made possible through close collaboration between senior officials from Indian Railways, V.O. Chidambaranar Port Authority, MVTS Yard, VinFast, and the leadership teams of CJ Darcl Logistics, CJ Singapore, and CJD operations.
