    The Coimbatore District Small Industries Association (CODISSIA) participated in the District Export Promotion Committee (DEPC) meeting held on August 5, 2026, at the District Collectorate, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening the region’s export ecosystem and supporting MSME exporters.

    Representing CODISSIA at the meeting were Mr. K. Nandagopal and Mr. G. Sureshkumar, Honorary Assistant Joint Secretaries of the Association.

    The meeting was chaired by Pavankumar G. Giriyappanavar, District Collector, and focused on key measures to enhance the district’s export performance. Discussions centered on addressing the challenges faced by exporters, improving the overall export ecosystem, and identifying initiatives to accelerate export growth across the district.

    The meeting also emphasized closer collaboration between the district administration, industry associations, and exporters to create a more enabling environment for businesses engaged in international trade.

    CODISSIA reiterated its commitment to working closely with the District Administration and other stakeholders to promote exports, strengthen the MSME sector, and contribute to the industrial and economic development of the Coimbatore region.
