    An interactive stakeholder session was held at ICD Whitefield, Bengaluru, in the presence of Shri Sanjay Swarup, CMD, CONCOR, along with other senior officials of the corporation. The event brought together key members of the local logistics fraternity, including shipping lines, exporters, importers, and CHAs.

    During the session, Shri Sanjay Swarup highlighted several upcoming initiatives aimed at strengthening ICD Whitefield’s operational efficiency and service capability. These include the deployment of additional reach stackers—featuring new electric RSTs—along with the development of additional rail lines to support higher cargo volumes. He also shared CONCOR’s plans to introduce AI-enabled terminal operations at Whitefield, marking a significant step toward digital transformation and smarter logistics management.

    Stakeholders welcomed the proactive measures and expressed appreciation for CONCOR’s continued efforts to enhance service quality. The interactive discussions also generated valuable feedback and suggestions for further improvement.

    The event concluded with the presentation of awards to top-performing stakeholders for the fiscal year 2024–25, acknowledging their contributions to ICD Whitefield’s growth and performance.
