Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) achieved a major milestone in December 2025, handling 2,589 refrigerated EXIM containers at its Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) in Dadri. This marks the highest-ever reefer throughput at any CONCOR terminal, surpassing the previous record of 2,568 containers set in September 2025.

The record-setting performance was driven by a combination of robust infrastructure and operational efficiency, including:

    • 150 refrigerated supply plug points,

    • 45 power packs ensuring uninterrupted power supply both on the ground and on-track,

    • 2–3 daily double/single-stack refrigerated trains connecting to Mundra, Kandla, Pipavav, and JNPT via the Dedicated Freight Corridor, alongside Pan-India reefer facilities ensuring seamless connectivity.

This achievement underscores CONCOR’s commitment to expanding its refrigerated logistics capabilities and supporting India’s growing cold-chain and perishable cargo movement across domestic and international markets.

A CONCOR spokesperson noted, “Our continued investment in infrastructure and technology allows us to offer reliable, uninterrupted refrigerated transport solutions for exporters and importers, enhancing India’s competitiveness in global trade.”
