Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR) is exploring strategic partnership opportunities under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to develop modern warehousing and logistics infrastructure across its terminals nationwide.

The initiative is aimed at strengthening India’s logistics ecosystem and supporting the country’s growing trade and supply chain requirements through future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Currently, CONCOR operates around 47 lakh sq. ft. of warehousing space across India, including nearly 25 lakh sq. ft. dedicated to EXIM and bonded warehousing and 22 lakh sq. ft. for domestic warehousing operations.

Under the expansion plan, the company is looking to collaborate with infrastructure developers, logistics operators, industrial customers, and supply chain partners for the development of built-to-suit warehouses, logistics parks, third-party logistics (3PL) infrastructure, cold chain facilities, and integrated industrial and e-commerce logistics solutions.

The proposed partnerships are expected to enhance multimodal connectivity, improve supply chain efficiency, and support India’s ambition of building a stronger and more integrated logistics network under the vision of “Viksit Bharat.”
