In a major boost to the logistics and ceramic industry, G-RIDE flagged off the first-ever container train from its newly developed Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal (GCT) at Rafaleshwar (GRGM), Morbi. The inaugural train was ceremoniously flagged off by the Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR).

Spread over 27 hectares, the Rafaleshwar terminal is strategically located in Morbi, widely regarded as India’s ceramic capital. The facility is designed to provide cost-effective and efficient logistics support to both large and small-scale industries, enhancing export competitiveness and reducing turnaround times.

Officials highlighted that this milestone will serve as a catalyst for industrial growth in the Saurashtra region, enabling faster goods movement and strengthening supply chain connectivity.

With this development, G-RIDE reaffirmed its commitment to driving economic growth and supporting the vision of a Viksit Gujarat and Viksit Bharat.
