COSCO Shipping Lines has announced a realignment of its Japan–Vietnam–China (JVC) container service, refining port calls and rotation to improve network efficiency on its intra‑Asia trade loop.

Under the revised service configuration, the carrier updated the rotation with Kobe replacing Moji on the Japan leg and Yangpu added to the service loop. Meanwhile, northbound calls at Shenzhen (Yantian) and Hong Kong have been removed from the schedule. As a result of these adjustments, Guangzhou (Nansha) now stands as the sole Pearl River Delta port served on the JVC route.

The updated rotation for the service is now structured as:
    Tokyo – Yokohama – Nagoya – Kobe – Guangzhou (Nansha) – Hong Kong – Yangpu – Hai Phong – Xiamen – Tokyo.

COSCO Shipping Lines said the realignment is aimed at streamlining port coverage and enhancing operational performance across this key intra‑Asia corridor connecting Japan, China and Vietnam.

Shippers and logistics partners are encouraged to contact their COSCO representatives for the latest schedule details and implications for cargo planning.
