    MMD3 has announced the successful pan-India launch of CUL SHIPPING on its unified digital platform, marking a major step forward in streamlining India’s EXIM ecosystem. With this activation, users across the country can now access faster, smarter, and fully digitalised operations through a single interface.

    The platform now supports a comprehensive suite of documentation and compliance modules, including VGM Submission, Form 13 & Form 6, Digital Shipping Bill Upload, SCMTR–Export, and E-Forwarding.
