Delhivery has joined forces with Truecaller which is a global platform for verifying contacts and blocking unwanted communication. This partnership aims to enhance communication efficiency for Delhivery’s customers by utilising Truecaller’s Customer Experience Solution.

In the fast-paced logistics industry, effective communication is vital. Serving over 33,000 businesses, including major brands like Nykaa and Flipkart, Delhivery has adopted Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID to tackle challenges related to missed and rejected calls caused by trust issues. This strategic initiative ensures a secure and seamless communication experience for users.

Truecaller’s Verified Business Caller ID displays elements like the company name, logo, and a verification tick, enabling customers to identify calls and enhancing trust. The feature is particularly important for Delhivery, ensuring transparency in logistics interactions.

Delhivery also utilises Truecaller’s Call Reason capability, providing context for each call and personalising delivery requests.

Kapil Bharati, CTO at Delhivery, emphasised that this partnership enhances efficiency and trust for clients. Regarding that, Truecaller’s Global Head, Priyam Bose, noted that the collaboration aligns with their goal of improving communication safety in the logistics sector.
