    Sh. Shobhit Bhatnagar, Director (Operations & Business Development), Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. (DFCCIL), conducted a surprise inspection at New Gulaothi Station on the Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor (EDFC) to assess on-ground operations, safety compliances, and overall infrastructure preparedness.

    During the visit, a detailed review was also undertaken at the upcoming Gati Shakti Multi-Modal Cargo Terminal (GCT) siding (Schedule-II). Discussions focused on execution progress, adherence to timelines, and seamless operational integration to ensure readiness for future freight movement demands.

    Accompanied by Sh. Chandra Shekhar Sharma, DGM (Business Development), and Sh. Venkateshwar Chaturvedi, Manager (Operations & Business Development), the inspection featured in-depth interactions with site teams. Key issues related to execution challenges, system integration, and performance enhancement were deliberated, reinforcing DFCCIL’s emphasis on safety, efficiency, and timely project delivery.
