DHL Express has revived its Rakhi Express initiative, offering customers in India a flat 50% discount on international shipments for sending rakhis and gifts to family and friends overseas.

The promotional offer is valid from July 27 to August 28, 2026, allowing customers to send Raksha Bandhan packages at reduced international shipping rates. The discount can be claimed using the promotional code DHLRAKHI50.

Customers can book shipments through DHL Express and Blue Dart retail service points across India, the MyDHL+ online platform or DHL Express customer service. The offer is designed to make cross-border deliveries more affordable during the festive period.

DHL said the initiative is aimed at helping families separated by distance celebrate Raksha Bandhan by sending rakhis, gifts and other personal items to loved ones around the world.

Sandeep Juneja, Vice President of Commercial for India at DHL Express, said the company sees strong demand for international shipments during the festival and wants to make such deliveries easier and more accessible.

DHL Express connects India with more than 220 countries and territories, offering shipment tracking, notifications and delivery-management services for international consignments.

The Rakhi Express campaign highlights the growing role of international express logistics in supporting cross-border personal shipments, particularly during major Indian festivals when families send gifts and traditional items to relatives living overseas.
