DP World is expanding its European logistics capabilities with plans to develop a new logistics hub adjacent to its Antwerp Gateway Terminal, strengthening its integrated supply chain offering in one of Europe’s busiest port regions.
The new facility is expected to enhance connectivity between ocean freight operations and inland logistics services, allowing customers to benefit from more efficient cargo handling, storage and distribution solutions closer to the port.
Located next to the Antwerp Gateway Terminal, the logistics hub will support DP World’s strategy of creating end-to-end supply chain solutions that combine port operations, warehousing, intermodal transport and value-added logistics services.
The development will help improve supply chain efficiency by reducing inland transport requirements and enabling faster movement of goods between vessels and distribution networks. It is expected to serve customers across various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, consumer goods and industrial cargo.
