DP World has announced a major brand consolidation across its marine services portfolio, unifying Unifeeder, P&O Ferrymasters, and P&O Maritime Logistics under a single corporate identity. The restructuring aims to streamline operations and strengthen DP World’s integrated logistics offering worldwide.

As part of the transition, Unifeeder will now operate as Shipping Solutions, P&O Ferrymasters has been rebranded as Multimodal Solutions, and P&O Maritime Logistics will function under the name Maritime Solutions. The brand migration across digital and physical platforms will roll out over the next few months, with all existing leadership teams, personnel, and infrastructure continuing unchanged.

Under the new structure, Shipping Solutions will manage a diverse fleet of 150 vessels, ranging from 350 to 8,500 TEU, and connect more than 200 ports worldwide. Multimodal Solutions will oversee over 100 rail modalities across Europe and the UK in addition to operating 14 inland terminals. Meanwhile, Maritime Solutions will handle a global fleet of over 400 vessels—including 17 specialised multi-purpose cargo vessels (MCVs)—and continue offering pilotage and towage services.

Commenting on the unified branding, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO of DP World, said, “While we honour the legacy of the brands we have built, we are now evolving together as one DP World team to further enhance our customer offering across the globe.”
