Ekart, the Flipkart Group’s supply chain arm, has opened its pan-India logistics network to businesses across India, enabling MSMEs, D2C brands, FMCG companies and enterprises to access the same logistics infrastructure that powers the Flipkart Group.
The expansion is being driven through a new franchise model and dedicated warehousing capabilities, allowing businesses of all sizes to leverage Ekart’s nationwide delivery network, technology platform and fulfilment infrastructure to serve customers across the country.
As part of the rollout, Ekart has launched over 300 franchise outlets across Surat, Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru, with plans to expand the network to more than 1,000 outlets by the end of 2026. The franchise model enables MSMEs and small businesses to ship products through Ekart’s national network without investing in their own logistics infrastructure. Businesses will also gain access to features such as real-time shipment tracking and AI-powered address resolution.
In addition, Ekart has made more than one million square feet of dedicated warehousing space available for brands seeking end-to-end fulfilment solutions. The company is further expanding warehouse capacity across Delhi-NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai to improve delivery turnaround times by positioning inventory closer to consumers. AI-powered demand forecasting will support efficient inventory planning and stock distribution.
For B2B customers, Ekart operates a dedicated hub network designed for bulk and consolidated freight movement, serving industries including automotive, engineering goods, FMCG and retail. The network also offers value-added services such as Open Box Delivery and Any Day Delivery.
Commenting on the expansion, Mani Bhushan, Chief Business Officer, Ekart, said the company is extending access to its logistics network and fulfilment capabilities after successfully serving thousands of retail, MSME, D2C and global brands. He added that the initiative reflects Flipkart Group’s long-term commitment to strengthening logistics infrastructure and enabling businesses of all sizes to access national markets.
Ekart currently reaches more than 95% of Indian pincodes across over 80 product categories. The company said the expanded network will help businesses improve operational efficiency, scale faster and serve customers across India through one of the country’s largest logistics networks.
