In a significant initiative aimed at strengthening organizational synergy and leadership excellence, Global Corp Logistics LLC Middle East, Skanda Freight Services GSSC (Back Office Partner), and St. John Freight Systems Limited jointly organized a two-day Global Leadership Workshop in Tuticorin.

Held under the theme “The Power of WE,” the workshop emphasized the critical role of collaboration, teamwork, and collective leadership in driving sustainable business growth across functions, teams, and geographical boundaries.

The programme brought together leaders from across the organizations to engage in a series of interactive learning sessions, including business simulations, team-building challenges, reflective exercises, and real-world case studies. The discussions focused on key aspects of high-performing organizations such as cross-functional collaboration, constructive conflict resolution, collective innovation, and alignment of business objectives.

A key highlight of the workshop was the facilitation by Manoj Keshav, a noted author, psychologist, leadership coach, mentor, and corporate trainer. Drawing on his expertise in behavioural science and organizational development, Keshav guided participants through practical leadership frameworks designed to improve communication, decision-making, and team effectiveness.

Participants explored strategies for building stronger partnerships, fostering trust, and creating a culture of shared accountability—elements considered essential in today’s rapidly evolving logistics and supply chain landscape.

Organizers noted that the workshop was not merely a training exercise but a platform to reinforce a culture where collaboration transcends organizational and geographical boundaries. They emphasized that the true success of the initiative will be reflected in the actions, behaviours, and partnerships that emerge as leaders apply the lessons learned within their respective teams and business units.

The event underscored the growing recognition within the logistics sector that effective collaboration and people-centric leadership are fundamental to achieving operational excellence and long-term growth in an increasingly interconnected global marketplace.
