Go Green Warehouses announcedthat company is partnering with the Punjab National Bank to expand the pledge financing business.

The teams from Go Green Warehouses and PNB Agri have formed a strategic partnership to expand the pledge financing business across India. Kuldeep Singh Rana, General Manager of the Agri Division at PNB Bank, a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the Agri& PSL sector lending, along with Santosh Kumar Sahu , Co-founder & CEO of Go Green Warehouses, signed the agreement to this extent. This partnership will enable both parties to significantly enhance their services nationwide.

The partnership is aimed at providing easy access to finance to farmers, food processors, and traders against the pledge of agriculture commodities stored in Go Green warehouses by PNB.

Agriculture is an important sector of the country’s economy, and the government has been focusing on increasing the income of the farmers who drive this segment. One of the main constraints in increasing farm income has been distress sales by the farmers. This association will strengthen both to solve this issue in India, said a company release.
