    Hapag-Lloyd announced that a new congestion surcharge will be applied to all dry containers transported to South Africa from 8 December.

    The new surcharge will be US$200, US$400, and US$400, per 20′ dry container, 40′ dry box and 40′ high cube container, respectively.
