Hapag Lloyd has announced a change in its weekly service rotation starting January 2025, introducing expanded port coverage across Asia and Europe.

The new rotation will include calls at Yangshan (China), Ningbo (China), Yantian (China), Singapore, Tema (Ghana), Southampton (United Kingdom), Rotterdam (Netherlands), and Wilhelmshaven (Germany).

The first vessel to operate on this revised rotation will be the vessel Copiapo V., scheduled to depart from Yangshan on 3 January 2024.

As part of this update, the CGX service will take over the cargo previously transported by the FE9 service.

The final FE9 sailing will be handled by the vessel CMA CGM Rivoli, departing from Qingdao, China, on 30 December 2024. Qingdao will then be temporarily served by the FE4 service, with the vessel HMM Southampton making its first call at the port, departing on 8 January 2025.
