Huawei showcased its latest SMART Logistics & Warehousing Solution at the HUAWEI CONNECT 2025 transportation summit, themed “Creating a Digital & Intelligent Foundation for Comprehensive Transportation and Logistics.” The event highlighted Huawei’s commitment to leveraging digital technologies to transform global transportation and logistics ecosystems.
Advancing Digital and Intelligent Transportation
Ma Yue, Vice President of Huawei and CEO of Huawei’s Smart Transportation Business Unit, emphasized the company’s dedication to technological innovation, stating that Huawei will deepen joint efforts in communications networks, computing power, AI, and talent development to drive sustainable growth in transportation.
Kumpol Boonchom, Deputy Chief of the State Railway of Thailand (SRT), highlighted Thailand’s ambition to become the central logistics hub of Southeast Asia, citing the Thailand-China Railway as a strategic opportunity for the development of a regional rail logistics network.
Collaboration Across Air, Rail, and Port Logistics
Guo Shuangqing, Assistant CMO of SF Technology, underscored the collaboration with Huawei to enhance multi-airport coordination, aiming to significantly boost efficiency in the air logistics sector. Jiang Xingxiang, Assistant to the General Manager of Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group, highlighted the focus on digital and intelligent supply chain operations to support collaborative development.
Yang Bin, Chairman of Shandong Port Technology Group, noted that with Huawei’s technical support, the group has built a digital foundation of one network, one cloud, and one security system, enabling integrated smart port solutions that combine physical infrastructure with digital services.
