Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA), under the guidance of the Union Cabinet of India, organised a high-level meeting to reaffirm its commitment to the Seva Sankalp Resolution — a pledge aimed at strengthening service excellence, transparency, and citizen-centric governance.

The meeting was led by Dy. Chairperson Shri Ravish Kumar Singh, IRTS, along with Heads of Departments (HoDs) and senior officials. The discussions focused on effective implementation of the resolution, reinforcing institutional accountability, and charting the way forward to ensure measurable outcomes.

The Seva Sankalp Resolution underscores JNPA’s dedication to enhancing operational efficiency, promoting ethical governance, and delivering world-class port services aligned with national priorities. As India’s largest container port, JNPA reiterated its commitment to driving sustainable growth, strengthening stakeholder trust, and contributing to the nation’s maritime excellence.

The deliberations highlighted the port authority’s proactive approach in aligning administrative practices with broader government objectives, while ensuring that service delivery remains efficient, transparent, and responsive to stakeholders’ needs.
