    Movin launches second EV fleet in Bengaluru for greener logistics

    Logistics brand MOVIN, a joint venture between UPS and InterGlobe Enterprises, has introduced its second fleet of Electric Vehicles (EV) in Bengaluru for first and last-mile deliveries, following the earlier launch in Delhi NCR.

    The company plans to extend this initiative to Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Pune by the end of 2023, aligning with its sustainability objectives and aiming to reduce carbon emissions across key markets.

    JB Singh, Director, MOVIN Express, emphasised the commitment to cleaner energy mobility solutions and the pursuit of sustainable logistics. He highlighted the transition to an electric fleet as a significant step toward environmental responsibility and a greener future. Gregory Goba Ble, Vice President for UPS in the Indian subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa, emphasised the importance of UPS’s electrification efforts to achieve significant carbon neutrality goals by 2050.
