Ocean Network Express (ONE) and Ancotrans have announced that they will deploy Volvo FH e-trucks in Hamburg, Germany.
The new trucks are reportedly one of the first FH e-truck deployments in the Hamburg region, with high-performance 540 kilowatts (kW) batteries, a range of 320 kilometres, and the ability to charge overnight at Ancotrans’ facilities using 100 per cent renewable energy.

In April, ONE and Portchain agreed on a deal to drive sustainability across the carrier’s network through the digitalisation of berth alignment.
