Ocean Network Express (ONE) has announced the appointment of a new representative agency to handle its operations in Senegal, marking a strategic step to strengthen its footprint in West Africa. The change will take effect 1 March 2026, when CSTT‑AO takes over as ONE’s official agent in the country.

CSTT‑AO, headquartered in Dakar, is a pan‑African logistics and agency firm with more than 75 years of experience in shipping, forwarding, inland logistics and procurement. The company offers end‑to‑end maritime solutions tailored to the African market, positioning it as a strong partner to support ONE’s growth in the region.

Under the transition plan, ONE’s current agent, R‑Logistic, will continue to handle services in Senegal until the handover date. ONE has thanked R‑Logistic for its support and efforts in ensuring a smooth transition ahead of the new agency taking over.

The appointment is aimed at enhancing ONE’s local representation and service quality as the carrier expands its network and customer engagement in West Africa, a region of growing strategic importance for global shipping lines.
