Qatar Cargo has expanded its global freighter network with the launch of dedicated cargo operations to Katowice, Poland, strengthening its presence in Central and Eastern Europe. The new destination is expected to enhance connectivity for time-sensitive and high-value shipments while offering customers greater access to key manufacturing and industrial markets.

The addition of Katowice will improve cargo capacity for a wide range of commodities, including automotive components, pharmaceuticals, electronics, machinery and e-commerce shipments. The city serves as an important logistics hub, strategically located to support trade flows across Poland and neighbouring European countries.

By integrating Katowice into its freighter network, Qatar Cargo aims to provide faster transit times and more flexible shipping solutions for exporters and importers. The service also complements the airline’s broader strategy of expanding its dedicated cargo operations in response to growing demand across Europe.

The new freighter route is expected to strengthen supply chain resilience by offering businesses additional options for moving goods between Europe, the Middle East, Asia and other global markets. Qatar Cargo continues to invest in network expansion and capacity enhancements to support international trade and meet evolving customer requirements.
