Quick Cargo Service has joined the LATAM Cargo sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) program, supporting efforts to reduce carbon emissions in air freight operations and accelerate cleaner aviation logistics.

Through the partnership, Quick Cargo Service will contribute to the use of SAF within LATAM Cargo’s network, helping lower lifecycle emissions associated with cargo transport. SAF is considered one of the most effective near-term solutions for decarbonising aviation, as it can be used within existing aircraft systems with limited infrastructure changes.

The collaboration reflects growing demand from freight forwarders and cargo customers for lower-emission transport options as sustainability targets become more central to supply chain strategies.

Industry observers note that voluntary SAF programs are gaining momentum globally, allowing logistics providers and shippers to share the cost of cleaner fuel adoption while building early market demand.

For LATAM Cargo, the agreement strengthens its broader environmental strategy and expands engagement with partners seeking greener air cargo solutions across the Americas and beyond.
