    In a move aimed at strengthening Kerala’s Public Distribution System (PDS), the Regional Manager of CWC’s Regional Office (RO) Kochi met with Anoop Jacob, Kerala’s Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, at his office to discuss opportunities for enhancing the state’s warehousing and logistics infrastructure.

    During the meeting, both sides explored the potential for providing modern warehousing, scientific storage, and integrated logistics solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of the Public Distribution System across the state.

    The discussions focused on leveraging CWC’s expertise in warehousing and supply chain management to support the seamless storage and movement of essential commodities, ensuring better inventory management and timely distribution under Kerala’s food security network.

    The engagement underscores the growing emphasis on strengthening logistics infrastructure to support efficient public service delivery and enhance the resilience of the state’s food distribution system.
