Shadowfax Technologies Limited, a new-age, technology-driven third-party logistics (3PL) company, has strengthened its Board of Directors by inducting key senior leadership figures to support its long-term strategic vision.
The company has elevated Praharsh Chandra, Whole-Time Director and Chief Business Officer, and Gaurav Jaithlia, Whole-Time Director and Head of Business Strategy, to its Board. Their inclusion marks a significant step in integrating operational excellence and business insight into board-level decisionmaking. In addition, Shadowfax has welcomed Dinkar Gupta, former IPS officer and ex-Director General of the National Investigation Agency (NIA), as a NonExecutive Independent Director. With a distinguished career in law enforcement, including prestigious honours such as the President’s Police Medal for Gallantry and Distinguished Service, Gupta brings valuable governance and institutional leadership experience to the company.
