Kaushalya Logistics, a logistics partner to the Indian cement industry, on 27 of November announced the appointment of Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Shekhawat will lead the company’s strategic and operational agenda, with a primary focus on expanding the clearing and forwarding agent (CFA) network and deepening partnerships with major cement brands.

He is tasked with boosting distribution efficiency, increasing process transparency, and improving the customer experience. A key focus will be developing a ‘future-ready’ supply chain through scalable systems and technology enhancements.

Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director of Kaushalya Logistics said, “As our cement supply chain operations continue to expand in both scale and responsibility, his deep understanding of the cement supply chain ecosystem and his ability to translate that experience into practical, onground improvements will add meaningful strength to our operations.”

His 24-year career spans senior positions across top-tier cement manufacturers, providing him with a nuanced understanding of the sector’s logistical challenges.
