To extend Transworld Group’s legacy and its goodwill to the Company, the name of the Company is changed from “Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited” to “Transworld Shipping Lines Limited” which is being undertaken as part of corporate rebranding and would make the new name of the Company, simple, focused and extend the legacy of the Transworld Group.
We confirm that consequent to the name change, there is no change in the business activity of the Company. The change of name of the Company is part of the corporate re-branding of the Company and consolidation of businesses under the name “Transworld” and not due to any new business activity.
The change of name of the Company would not result in a change of the legal status or constitution operations or business activities of the Company, nor would it affect any rights or obligations of the Company or the Members/stakeholders.
