    Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited announced today the acquisition of four new cranes from Zoomlion India, expanding its construction equipment fleet. The purchase includes one 800 MT capacity ZCC9800W crane, one 150 MT capacity ZTC1500E crane, and two 110 MT capacity ZTC1100R cranes.

    The shares of Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited were trading at ₹69.45 up by ₹0.15 or 0.22 per cent on the NSE today at 11 am.

    The company disclosed that these acquisitions are part of its Annual Purchase Plan for the current fiscal year. The total capital expenditure for FY 2024-25 has reached approximately ₹31.44 crores (unaudited) with this purchase.

    The newly acquired cranes will be deployed in the company’s Construction Equipment Rentals segment, specifically targeting projects in the renewable energy and cement sectors. This strategic expansion aims to strengthen the company’s market position in these growing industries.

    Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions, which specializes in providing infrastructure and logistics solutions, continues to invest in high-capacity equipment to meet increasing market demands. The addition of these cranes brings a combined lifting capacity of 1,170 MT to the company’s existing fleet.
