    TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has marked a significant step in its eastern India expansion strategy by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for 10 acres of land in Siliguri, West Bengal.

    The MoU was formalized in the presence of Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam and his team from TVS ILP, along with Jayesh Sinhal and representatives from Kolkata-based Ram Niwash Group.

    This development represents TVS ILP’s second major investment in West Bengal, underlining the company’s continued commitment to strengthening industrial and logistics infrastructure in the region. Strategically located, Siliguri serves as a key gateway to Northeast India and neighboring countries, making it an important hub for logistics and supply chain operations.

    With this latest move, TVS ILP aims to enhance its warehousing and distribution capabilities while contributing to regional economic growth and connectivity.
