The Uttar Pradesh government will soon finalise a developer for the proposed 174-acre multimodal logistics park in Greater Noida, designed to attract over ₹1,200 crore in investment and generate at least 5,000 jobs.
Adani Ports and SEZ Ltd, Super Handlers, and Empezar Logistics have submitted bids, which will be evaluated by a high-powered committee headed by the Chief Secretary.
Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi said the project aligns with the state’s vision to become India’s most preferred investment destination. Located near the upcoming Noida International Airport and with connectivity to both Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors, the park is expected to significantly boost freight movement and regional economic growth.
Key facilities planned include cargo handling yards, modern warehousing, a skill development centre, and integrated logistics services. The 174.12 acres of contiguous land at Kappa 2 will be allotted on a 90-year leasehold basis, excluding the cost of land from the mandated ₹1,200 crore investment.
