V-Logis has expanded its warehousing network with the inauguration of a new 92,000 sq. ft. integrated warehousing facility at Vanivali Village, Rasayani, Panvel, in Maharashtra’s Patalganga industrial region. The facility was formally inaugurated with a traditional Satyanarayana Pooja as operations commenced.

Strategically located in District Raigad (410202), the warehouse has been developed to strengthen V-Logis’ warehousing and integrated logistics capabilities while providing efficient storage, transportation, and distribution solutions for industries across Rasayani, Panvel, Patalganga, and nearby industrial hubs.

The facility features six loading bays and is designed to support end-to-end supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, and integrated logistics services. Its strategic location offers strong multimodal connectivity, situated approximately 19 km from Navi Mumbai International Airport and 20 km from Panvel Railway Station, enabling faster cargo movement and improved supply chain efficiency.

V-Logis, together with V-Trans and V-Xpress, provides a comprehensive portfolio of logistics solutions. While V-Trans specializes in Partial Truckload (PTL), Full Truckload (FTL), and Over-Dimensional Cargo (ODC) transportation services, V-Xpress focuses on express cargo distribution, complementing V-Logis’ warehousing and distribution capabilities.

Commenting on the inauguration, Ronak Shah, CEO of V-Logis and Executive Director of V-Trans (India) Ltd., said the Rasayani facility represents the company’s continued investment in building logistics infrastructure that supports the rapidly growing industrial ecosystem in the Patalganga region.

“Rasayani is a key node within the Patalganga industrial belt, and this facility reflects our continued investment in strengthening infrastructure that serves the region’s growing industries. As we scale our warehousing footprint, our focus remains on delivering integrated, reliable solutions that help our customers run their supply chains more efficiently,” he said.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Ronak Shah and Jay Shah, Head – Business Development & Solution Design, who also toured the facility as operations officially began.

The new warehouse reinforces V-Logis’ strategy of expanding its integrated logistics infrastructure to meet the growing warehousing and distribution requirements of India’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.
