    Yang Ming Marine Transport Corporation (Yang Ming) is pleased to announce the launch of its new India Ocean Express service (ISE), providing a direct connection between West India, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan to North Europe. This new service will cater to the growing trade between the Indian Subcontinent and Europe, offering enhanced connectivity and transit times.

    The ISE service will offer direct connections and transhipment solutions, facilitating both regional trade within the Indian Subcontinent and global trade connections via Colombo. This initiative supports Yang Ming’s commitment to expanding its service network and meeting the evolving needs of its customers.

    The inaugural voyage commenced on February 5th, 2025, with the following schedule:

    • Hyundai Oakland/V133W: ETA Karachi: February 5th, 2025
    • Hyundai Oakland/V133E: ETA London Gateway: March 16th, 2025

    ISE Service Rotation (routed via Cape of Good Hope):

    Karachi – Hazira – Mundra – Nhava Sheva – Colombo – London Gateway – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Antwerp – Karachi
