A.P. Moller – Maersk has opened its first warehouse in France—a 75,000 square metre facility located in GLP Park Denain, Hauts-de-France.

The site is now fully operational and provides tailored logistics solutions for complex supply chain needs in France.

It adds to Maersk’s network, which includes over 40 warehouses across 15 European countries and more than 500 facilities worldwide.

The new warehouse, certified with BREEAM Very Good, features 85 doors, an 11.40-metre beam height, a floor load capacity of 5 tonnes per square metre, and a 35-metre truck yard.

It includes separate routes for heavy goods and light vehicles, along with an automated docking system (Autodocks).

Aymeric Chandavoine, EVP and President Europe at A.P. Moller – Maersk, said: “Our extensive warehousing and distribution network enables us to provide top-notch logistics solutions and ensures that we can meet the needs of our customers wherever they are – now also in France.”

In November 2024, Maersk opened its first bonded warehouse in Vietnam at SLP Park, Nam Dinh Vu IP, Hai Phong province.
